Is anyone planning on organizing a men's scrimmage at RollerCon again this year?

I was able to sneak out of work to go last year, but alas, this year I will not be making it. I'm really bummed about it because I met so many AWESOME people there and learned a lot.

i hope so, i will be there with Vanilla Skate Co, now they are working on a derby line, maybe have the boots there too...shhhhhhh

Whoa like legit made for derby skates? The main complaint I've heard about vanillas for derby is durability, Are these going to be made out of beefier stuff? I'm in the market for a boot currently, looking at the 965s, but if you had something coming out by summer, I'm interested.

yep they will def be a completely different boot than the vanilla's prior. the vanilla's prior were geared towards jamskaters...check out Vanilla Derby on myspace for constant added information along with information on how to get sponsored and also what bouts we will be at giving away free product...


"fresh meat to vet, Vanilla is Derby" lol that's our new slogan for derby... we will be making an intro boot, then follow that up by a high end blocker boot and a high end jammer boot. all will be one of a kind designs that haven't even been touched on skates yet.... trust me... i wouldn't throw my name out on anything i didn't believe is going to be worth it.
