The GateKeepers are currently in the process of constructing a Quote with Heffernan. Katherine has been very helpful and responsive; she replies to most of my emails within the hour!

We've yet to receive our estimate, so I have no idea how their rates compare to USARS, or other organizations, but their customer service definitely seems solid.

Just thought I'd share that.

We should have our quote for covering medical for two teams (GateKeepers and Race City) + all skating refs, as well as spectator accident liability, within a week or two.

I'd be happy to share the rate they give us, but everyone needs to understand that the venue and spectator logistics are different for every event, so you can't necessarily expect to get the same rate they quote us.

Howdy gents,

I just got done aquiring a liability policy for a co-ed team in NY. $1,000,000 per incident / $3,000,000 annual max liability policy for an adults-only sports club. Covers spectators and host venues ($50 additional charge for each venue that wants to be named as an additional insured officialy.). NO medical coverage for participants, and all participants have to provide the standard type of waivers (with a copy of an executed waiver provided with the quoting paperwork for review by the carriers). Annual cost $424.

If anyone wants info on the carrier / process lemme' know!
